Service and Maintenance Contract

DSS provides one-off support to assist clients with unexpected breakdowns, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This service is available for DSS and non-DSS products such as those made by Besam, Geze, Dorma, Record and Tormax. Response targets are tailored to each client’s requirements and we have an up to 95% first time fix rate.

We can also offer annual subscription for service and maintenance contracts with different packages available, all offering excellent value for money. Again, this service is suitable for DSS and non-DSS products such as those made by Besam, Geze, Dorma, Record and Tormax.  

The benefits of a long-term service and maintenance contract is that you will ensure your automatic doors meet the current British Standard regulations (BS7036:1996), you will have a reduced risk of breakdown, you will increase the life span of the doors and will have continued levels of safety and performance. You will be able to call on support at any time – ideal for organisations such as local authorities, NHS trusts, hospitals, schools, housing associations and businesses.
