DSS automatic curved doors have a bespoke curved 180o door system based on our FDS940 door system, with the panels constructed from FDS-20 non-thermally broken low profile extruded aluminium section.

An automatic curved door has all the benefits of a conventional automatic door whilst also being aesthetically pleasing and visually impactful. It will add something special to the entrance of any building looking to stand out from the crowd.

Automatic curved doors have a maximum clear passage way (bi-part) of 2400mm and a single sliding clear passage way of 1200mm X 2400mm.

360o circular doors

DSS automatic curved doors are also available as a bespoke circular 360o door system based on our FDS940 door system with the panels constructed from FDS20 non-thermally broken low profile extruded aluminium section.

Architecturally stunning and visually out of this world, a 360o automatic curved door offers the benefit of an enclosed vestibule, as traffic passes through the outer set of doors. With the internal doors the automatic curved door system can be designed to incorporate heating and LED lighting.

The circular drum can be designed with a radius of up to a maximum 4,000mm wide X 2,400mm high.

London School of English, Kensington

When the prestigious London School of English in Kensington needed a specially made inner entrance solution to address the issue of security and environmental control, the challenge of overcoming extremely demanding technical issues were addressed by DSS designers who provided a three metre wide, 180 curve bi-parting door solution which would integrate with the existing architectural features and do so without structural adaptations to the building's grand internal entrance.
