Our experienced team are able to service any kind of automatic door – including those made by Besam, Geze, Dorma, Record and Tormax.

DSS offers a results driven maintenance service designed to assist our clients with an unexpected breakdown 24 hours a day, seven days per week, nationwide. The service is available for DSS and non-DSS products and includes the following benefits:

  • Response targets tailored to each client’s requirements
  • Up to a 95% first time fix rate
  • Asset management
  • Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs)

DSS also offers a pre-planned maintenance (PPM) service which is carried out every six months by an ADSA authorised technician. Again, this is available for DSS and non-DSS products. Our PPM service benefits clients by ensuring that doors meet the current British Standard regulations as well as providing continued safety, efficiency and performance, a reduced risk of breakdown and an increased life span of your automatic doors.
